Ready to level up your weeknight dinner game? Join us for a flavor-packed evening where you’ll chop, crush, and curry your way through Thailand’s most crave-worthy dishes. This is a fully hands-on cooking adventure—no spectators, no pre-made sauces, no flavor left behind.
You’ll be cooking (and eating!) your way through a vibrant menu that includes:
Chicken, Shrimp, and Veggie Panang Curry (yes, with actual homemade curry paste—none of that store-bought stuff)
Green Papaya Salad with Long Beans
Rainbow Vegetable Crudité with Peanut Dipping Sauce
Coconut Sticky Rice with Fresh Mango
We’ll talk about the unique ingredients that give Thai cuisine its unmistakable punch and where to find them right here in town. You’ll leave with new skills, a happy belly, and a serious craving to recreate it all at home.
