You will also explore a variety of pasta cuts and shapes, along with endless sauce variations to complement your creations. The menu includes:

  • Hand-cut Pappardelle with a Bold and Comforting Arrabiata Sauce

  • Homemade Fettuccini Aglio e Olio

  • Spinach and Ricotta Stuffed Ravioli with Herbed Brown Butter and Blistered Tomatoes
